Interior Design
The LHM Architects' Interiors Design Team has a broad range of experience, including: commercial and retail spaces, resorts and hospitality services, mixed-use and residential housing, medical-dental offices, places of worship and education, senior living, and renovations and adaptive re-use projects. LHM always endeavors to meet our clients' goals with functional and aesthetically innovative designs while maintaining budgets and schedules. To this end, the Interiors Design Team is highly adept in tracking evolving design trends throughout a multitude of diverse environments, while creatively incorporating elements of light, texture, color, and unique material accents to produce vibrant projects for our clients.
Planning
LHM Architects' Planning Design Team provides expertise in Land Use Planning, Regulatory Compliance and Process Management, and Physical Master Planning. Our planning designers have successfully worked with jurisdictions across the West, helping clients achieve their development goals. They are experienced in all aspects of land use and master planning, from small site design to major master plans for private and public clients, in all key areas of our practice: mixed-use, resort and hospitality, commercial/office and retail, multi-family housing, master planned communities, senior living facilities, and places of worship and education.
